Client funds

Client funds are held with Commonwealth Bank of Australia, one of the Big 4 Banks of Australia. ZERO Markets, in accordance with regulations, holds client money at a nominated account separate to ZERO Markets money from client money. Client money is paid into the ZERO Markets segregated account and can only be used as permitted under the strict client money provisions. All monies are dealt with according to the guidance of the Australian Client Money Rules under the Corporations Act.
